In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws (hereinafter FLPPD), Quiroz, Muñiz y Bolio, S.C. (hereinafter “QB Abogados”), with domicile in Barranca del Muerto 329, 3rd floor, San José Insurgentes, 03900, Benito Juárez, Mexico City, gives notice that is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data and has the legal and ethical obligation to comply with the security measures to guard the collected personal data.
The personal data that we collect, and you voluntarily provide us because of our legal relation, and the one which treatment is necessary to comply with the duties derived from that relation, will be used solely to comply with the contractual obligations agreed between the parties, the performance of the activities related to QB Abogados corporate purpose, to send you communications associated with our relation, generate and deliver you invoices, contract the services or products that you offer, make the payments for those products or services, and formalize in written agreements or other documents our relation.
Also, the personal data that you voluntarily will provide us will be useful to identify you pursuant your participation in any of the processes indicated in the following chart, which also indicates the purpose of its recollection, its’ use, and if the case, if it will be transferred and for what purpose.

QB Abogados can also collect and manage the following sensible personal data: health status, allergies, and blood group. |
Comply with the obligations derived from the existing labor relation, as well as to administrate the personnel, create the employees’ files, employees’ medial files, payment and administration of the payroll, payment of benefits, salary and fringe benefits, bonuses, reimbursements, pensions, insurance, and others; to buy insurance policies; document and control the assignation of hardware and communication assets; internal audits; create the work electronic mail address; elaborate the company’s directory; assign work tools, assign passwords and codes, assure the compliance of the confidential obligations, and other labor obligations; verify personal and work references; contact the employee’s family, economic dependents and/or beneficiaries, in case of an emergency. Also, if you do not express an opposition, QB Abogados will manage the necessary personal data for secondary purposes related with the improvement and foster of a better work environment (as diffusion of greetings and other celebrations and special days). |

To reach the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we can obtain from you the following persona data: name, address, age, telephone number (home, work and/or mobile), electronic mail address, civil status, gender, place and date of birth, names of the family members, dependents, beneficiaries, Federal Taxpayer Number, CURP, professional data such as occupation, education degree, position, area or department, work’s domicile, work’s electronic mail, invoicing data labor references and academic records. Such data are not considered sensitive, therefore, the lack of objection to this Privacy Notice will be considered as consent to its content, accordingly with article 8th of the FLPPD.
Your personal information will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except the one established in article 37 of the FLPPD. Said transfer will be done in terms of the FLPPD.
The owner of the personal data can deny its consent for its information to be shared by sending an e-mail to: [email protected].
You have the right to know which personal data we obtained from you, the purposes and conditions of its usage (Access). You can also (i) ask for rectification of your personal data if outdated, inexact, or incomplete (Rectification); (ii) request the cancelation of your personal data in our registry or databases if you consider that has not been used accordingly with the principles, duties, and obligations established in the applicable law (Cancelation); (iii) manifest your objection to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights. You can assert your ARCO rights by sending your request to the following e-mail: [email protected], or file the request in our office from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a copy of an official identification, indicating an address or an electronic mail address to notify you the answer for your request, and if necessary, a power of attorney or proxy letter signed before two witnesses whose official identification must be added in copy.
The request must be in writing, specifying if you are asking for an Access, Rectification, Cancelation or Objection of your personal data, indicating an address or electronic mail address to notify the answer for your request, and must have a detailed and specific description of the personal data that you are referring to. If your request a Rectification of the data, you must add the new information that will replace or complement the previous one.
QB Abogados will answer your request within the next 20 (twenty) calendar days from its’ receipt and will let you know if it is authorized or not. If authorized, will be effective within the next 15 (fifteen) calendar days. Accordingly with the law in force, QB Abogados will have the right to extend those deadlines for one time if there is a justification.
QB Abogados will answer your request within the deadline through the electronic mail address that you indicated for said purpose. QB Abogados will submit electronic copies of the files or databases in which your personal data is kept.
You can withdraw your consent for the management of your personal data. Notwithstanding, we cannot always fulfill your request or cease its use immediately since we may have a legal obligation to keep managing it.
The request to withdraw your consent must be sent to [email protected], or you can file the request in our office from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a copy of an official identification, indicating an address or an electronic mail address to notify you the answer for your request, and if necessary, a power of attorney or proxy letter signed before two witnesses whose official identification must be added in copy.
QB Abogados will answer your request within the same deadline that applies for the assert of the ARCO rights, and that is established in this Privacy Notice.
We will not use your personal data for advertising purposes or commercial investigation.
Your personal data will be duly protected with technological, physical, and administrative security measures, preventing the use or disclosure of it.
This Privacy Notice can be modified, changed, or be updated in accordance with our legal obligations; our necessities accordingly with the products and services that we provide; our privacy practices; changes in our business model; or for other reasons
